summerville, south carolina to bluefield, west virginia

right now i am sitting in a west virginian holiday inn parking lot stealing the internet. last night i watched the sun set over the mountains after surviving an extremely intense wind/thunderstorm that spawned tornadoes five miles from where i was. all last night i was wondering why my hotel room smelled kind of like cat pee, and then i realized that it was a pet friendly hotel and that it probably was cat pee. today i will go from bluefield west virginia to mount gilead ohio, then tomorrow from mount gilead ohio to chicago. chicago until tuesday when we'll go back to ohio, where i'll stay until monday morning when i drive to northampton massachusetts.
